SERVICE_AGREEMENT

WARNING: The following document outlines the terms and conditions for all users connected to the System 3046 Mainframe.

01 // AGREEMENT_TO_TERMS

By accessing or using Smuggler: The Galaxy's Most Wanted ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

02 // USE_LICENSE

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

03 // USER_ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use another user's account without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

04 // USER_CONTENT

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Contains viruses or malicious code

05 // PROHIBITED_USES

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code or harmful software
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To collect or store personal data about other users
• For any commercial purpose without our express written consent

06 // INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Smuggler: The Galaxy's Most Wanted and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

07 // TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

08 // DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

09 // LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL SMUGGLER: THE GALAXY'S MOST WANTED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10 // CHANGES_TO_TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
